We were asked to write a blog about how we felt before leaving on this mission trip. Here is what I'm expecting:

to completely change my perspective of God's plans, money, culture, and relationships
to grow in my relationship with Christ
to get more insight into God's plans for me
to grow incredibly close to my fellow missionaries
to feel overwhelmed
to fall in love with Nicaragua and its people
to not want to come back
to be humbled
to feel (if possible) even more of God's love
to be confronted with many situations I could never expect
