It dawned on me not too long after I signed up for this trip that we are indeed traveling to Central America and there might just be some Spanish spoken down there. That will be awesome to experience another culture in its purest form... however my dilemma is that I haven't spoken Spanish since an intro class I took in 7th grade. I have seen that several of you are looking to become fluent in Spanish while your down there. The extent of my vocab is, 'mi llamo Tommy'. Ha, pretty impressive right? Realizing this might pose a problem for me and that I might be an outcast, I bought a phrase book but I think I might need a little bit more. So if anyone feels like tutoring for a little while we are in Georgia it'd be much appreciated.
